Drink Cask Fresh Newsletter Competition T&Cs

1. By registering for our newsletter, you automatically participate to win prizes and merch from our supporting breweries at the end of the month of your registration, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The cut is the 15th of each month, signups made after this date will be included in the next month's competition. 

2. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

3. Only one (1) entry per person per competition will be accepted.

4. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all entrants by the supporter of the month and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

5. To enter the competition, a valid name and email address must be provided during the registration to enable the fulfilment of the prize.

6. Drink Cask Fresh and CAMRA employees are not eligible to enter.

7. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Drink Cask Fresh's reasonable control, the brewery reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

9. Drink Cask Fresh's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winner’s name may be posted on the social media profiles of Drink Cask Fresh after the winner has been selected and contacted.
